Referral

At this time, we have reduced capacity to accept new referrals as we transition to a new host organization. During this period, we will have a smaller staff while we work to secure additional funding to sustain our programs and services.

Our current referral priorities include:

Health insurance assistance for children under 19 and pregnant individuals
Routine and acute care for children and pregnant individuals
Urgent or acute medical and dental needs for adults

At this time, we are unable to assist with:

Routine medical or dental appointments for adults
Establishing routine primary care for adults
Non-medically necessary orthodontic services

For routine needs for adults, we recommend referring individuals directly to a local free clinic for uninsured patients or a nearby Community Health Center. We hope to expand our capacity again soon and will share updates as additional services become available.
